RTR Taekwon-Do Level 2 Re-opening Protocol’s June 2020
Hygiene – all students will enter and wash hands with appropriate materials as supplied. Surfaces will be wiped over before and after our training period (doors / handles / toilets / hand basins / sweep floor). Time will be suitably allocated to allow this to occur
Contact Tracing – a digital register via non-contact bar-code scanner is to be implemented / mobile phone to be used as the set-up is organized for this / spectators who remain onsite will also be registered each evening
Car Park Management – parents can drop-off in the car park / students will walk the rest of the way / exception is parents of younger students / expectations of social distancing will be reinforced here verbally
Class Sizes – Ministry of Health guidelines for Level 2 are now 100 with physical distancing required. Classes time and participants have been altered to cater for this.
Social Distancing – students will train under strict distancing protocols (2 metres when active / 1 metre for discussions). Contact activities related to Taekwon-Do between partners will be on hold in the interim
Teaching Adjustments / Lesson planning – to further support social distancing expectations, limitations on physical corrections and adjustments from instructors will be made immediately
Vetting personal health – unwell students please stay home
Should an injury occur, PPE equipment (mask/gloves) supplied will be used
