WHAT: School Holiday Taekwon-Do FREE BEGINNER Classes!
Kids will learn techniques of one of the world’s most popular martial arts which became famous for its amazing flying kicks. They will run, jump, play cool games & have tones of fun while being introduced to all aspects of Taekwon-Do including self defense, pad work, flying kicks, fitness, stretching and more! Everyone who attends will receive expert instruction from a qualified Black Belt Instructor. Our school holiday program is suitable for ages from 5/6 years (Mini kids), 7 years and above (includes adults) for General class

WHEN:
First week of the school holidays from Monday to Friday 11-15 July at
HASTINGS
10.00am-11.00am - includes adults

Second week of the School Holidays from Monday to Friday 18-22 July at St John Hall,TARADALE FULL FULL FULL
MINI KIDS only (5/6 years) 10.00-10.45am

Taradale - St John Hall, 366 Gloucester St, Taradale, Napier

There is NO cost to attend FREE BEGINNER School Holiday Sessions!
Kids are able to train in as many sessions as they like across the week FREE. Places are limited and acceptance into the programme is via application form
